Georgia running back Nick Chubb announced he plans to be ready to play in the team’s opening game on Sept. 3 (h/t GATA Dawgs), saying, “It’s gonna be something to see. … I’m gonna be in Atlanta, and I’ll be back for [the] opening game.”
Chubb rushed for 747 yards and seven touchdowns in six games last season before missing the remainder of the season with a torn PCL in his left knee.
