ANN ARBOR – Michigan basketball’s 2016 class is now on campus.

The four-player freshman group of Xavier Simpson, Jon Teske, Austin Davis and Ibi Watson arrived in Ann Arbor and will start summer classes soon. Michigan basketball’s Twitter account posted photos on Saturday of the recruits on campus.

Simpson, 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds, is a four-star point guard from Lima High School in Ohio. He’s the No. 13 point guard and No. 66 player overall in the 2016 class, according to 247 Sports Composite rankings.

Teske, 7-0 and 210 pounds, is a three-star recruit from Medina High School in Ohio, the No. 18 center and No. 145 player overall in the class.

Davis, 6-10 and 240 pounds, is a three-star in-state recruit from Onsted High School, the No. 24 center and No. 177 player overall in the class.

Watson, 6-4 and 180 pounds, is a three-star recruit from Pickerington Central High School in Ohio, the No. 43 shooting guard and No. 240 player overall in the class.

Michigan had the No. 31-ranked 2016 recruiting class in the nation, according to 247 Sports.
