Jim Harbaugh’s satellite camp count at 26 as Willie Taggart (USF) is back on

May 9, 2016

ANN ARBOR — The number just continues to grow.

And with no cap on how many satellite camps schools can attend this summer, it’s now clear that Jim Harbaugh’s trying to put plenty of distance between himself and anyone else even considering the idea.

South Florida head coach Willie Taggart announced Monday that his previously scheduled joint camp with Harbaugh and Michigan’s coaching staff is back on the schedule for June 4 in Tampa.

With that addition reaffirmed, Michigan now has a whopping 26 satellite camps scheduled in 15 different states during the month of June.

How many will the staff attend when all is said and done?

“I haven’t decided yet,” he said last week.

The latest camp — partnered with Taggart, a former Harbaugh assistant and close personal friend — will be Michigan’s third different camp in the state of Florida in early June.

At this point, it’s now clear that Michigan’s staff will have to split up to cover more ground, as the Wolverines are booked in multiple places on the same date a number of times.

Below is the updated list of camps, as of Monday afternoon.
